		<description>Well it&#039;s not about the pushups and situps tiring you physically, you actually want them to be easy. That way you just form a habit, at this point it is merely a psychological game you are playing. This is a cutting program, ie: fat loss. At the moment I am bulking so I eat WAY more than that. But you are looking to cut so &#039;tis perfect 4 u.</description>
