Slow and steady wins the race…Just gotta tell myself that because 10/10 is way to easy, but I know when I get up to 40/40 every morning I’m going to be feeling it. And hopefully increasing at a pace of 1 per day will ease that pain. On another note, I’d like to mention the fact that pushups are less fun with a software developers gut.
Also I wish this romanian guy I know would get his “meal plan” posted so I can decide if eating on a weird schedule with not so ordinary food is something I can do

Well it’s not about the pushups and situps tiring you physically, you actually want them to be easy. That way you just form a habit, at this point it is merely a psychological game you are playing. As far as a meal plan goes I’ll privy you to it first… although it has been out there for a while now. http://www.virtualadrian.com/othercontent/Program.htm . This is a cutting program, ie: fat loss. At the moment I am bulking so I eat WAY more than that. But you are looking to cut so ’tis perfect 4 u.
